The record of the chambersAny citizen may petition the Senate or the Chamber of Deputies. The chamber's presidency decides whether to place the petition on the order of the day of a sitting.
How the chambers workA sanction can be appealed within 30 days, once per case, from the link in the notice or on the appeals page. The appeal is decided by a member of staff who did not issue the sanction, and the decision is final.
